Welcome to the Inssux blog. I am here to help you air your insurance complaints. I am a longtime industry insider, but no longer carry a license. Thus I can help direct and provide useful information when your insurance company refuses to live up to their obligations.
Our aim is to build a community forum of likeminded individuals who will band together for the cause of righteous indignation. What is more righteous than ganging up on greedy insurance companies to choke and squeeze the bejeebers out of them to get them to PAY THE “f***” UP?
The Wall Street Journal had a great article yesterday (Feb 14 2025), by Julie Wernau titled; “Health Insurers Deny 850 Million Claims a Year. The Few Who Appeal Often Win.”
In the article, Julie gives several examples of how to appeal claims, which less than 1% of policyholders do! But if you do, you have a 75% chance of getting that claim paid. And you don’t need a lawyer (who will normally take at least 1/3 of that claim money.)
